wash it away

This morning when I was driving in, I did not turn the radio on. I just let the sound of the rain penetrate my heart. As I watched the dust wash away from my windshield, I just cried. It was such a great picture of Christ’s love for us. His love washes away all that does not belong. If we allow Him to do so, He will wash the sin, the hurt, the disappointment, the fear, the worry. My prayer today is that through the rain, you will see His glory and His love. Stop and let the sound put your heart at rest knowing He is washing it all away….
